Here is a Vegans Nutritional Program that
apparently has helped many people. Many Vegan menus. Hallelujah
Acres is essentially a physiological cleansing (detox) and health
maintenance program. Dr. Malkmus, its founder, is a pastor and
believes that part of the Christian practice should be the proper
care of the body, that physical health is an important part of
being a good Christian. His outreach is to Pastors to help them
understand the program and bring it to their congregations. I
do not agree with everything Dr. Malkmus preaches, but I am sympathetic
to his general philosophy and approach to health. Total health
is a lifestyle issue. This page is worth a look. Lots of useful
information and good products at decent prices.
